- Feel: "You know, I've done a (drum) clinic in L.A. Nice kids, but they all asked the same question, this "how did you work out that fill?" I told them I don't know. I feel it, it's that particular day, who knows? Just play. Let your personality come out." -Manu Katche...

| Micah Martin |
Micah got his first guitar for his thirteenth birthday, “a cheap acoustic that was difficult to play”, but that didn’t dissuade him from his continuing interest in the instrument. After much time spent learning with little outside advice, aside from his occasional attempt at deciphering a guitar magazine article, Micah decided that it was a perfect time to take lessons and ultimately attend Georgia State University’s School of Music, where he is currently in his senior year as a Music Composition. Micah's interest in music covers a wide range. From rock, jazz, and classical, with specific focus in the creative blending of these styles and the forms inherent to them. This approach can be heard in the music he writes and plays with his progressive rock band, Ascended Masters. |
