The Justin Chesarek Group consists of Justin Chesarek on drums, Curtis Adams on tenor sax, Akeem Marable on alto sax, Craig Shaw on bass, and Dan Gilormo on guitar. They play a mixture of original modern jazz as well as classic standards. The group has a progressive edge and is influenced by the styles of Wayne Shorter, Thelonious Monk, Wynton Marsallis, and Joe Henderson.
